NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

On 06 May 2026, the Board of Swan Global Funds Ltd approved an interim dividend of USD 0.23 per share for Swan Global Funds Ltd - Income Fund.

The dividend is payable on 15 May 2026 to all shareholders of the Swan Global Funds Ltd - Income Fund, registered at close of business on 30 April 2026.

All dividend distribution from Swan Global Funds Ltd - Income Fund will be paid based on each shareholder’s choice at subscription date, either:

(i) in Species whereby dividend will be reinvested in the Fund and the shareholder will receive the equivalent additional shares based on the share price calculated at the next valuation date following distribution date; or

(ii) by Bank Transfer or Cheque.

Current or past dividend payments are not indicative of future dividends to be paid by the Fund.
