Notice of dividend payment to shareholder

On 23 October 2026, the Board of Swan Global Funds Ltd approved its interim dividend of USD 1.04 per share for Swan Global Funds Ltd – Fixed Maturity Bond (Maturity: 2029).

The dividend is payable on 30 October 2026 to all shareholders of the Swan Global Funds Ltd – Fixed Maturity Bond (Maturity: 2029), registered at close of business on 30 September 2026.

All dividend distribution from Swan Global Funds Ltd – Fixed Maturity Bond (Maturity: 2029) will be paid to each shareholder by Bank Transfer.

The current dividend payments are not indicative of future dividends to be paid by the Fund.
