Notice: Rs. 800 million - Note Programme successfully raised for Innodis Ltd

Swan Corporate Advisors Ltd & Swan Securities Ltd in their respective roles as corporate finance advisor and sponsoring broker, guided Innodis Ltd through a first time issuance of a multi-tenor secured Note Programme for an aggregate amount of Rs. 800M. Th secured notes will therefore be listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

The private placement exercise was largely oversubscribed on all tenors, portraying the strength and resilience of Innodis Ltd and the attractiveness of the Note Programme. The capital raising was completed in record time with very strong support received from Swan Corporate Advisors & Swan Securities wide network of professional investors.
